The Gun Loading Facility makes it possible to have one facility to handle all of the required materials. Our specially designed storage vaults built into the GLF allow workers quick access to the materials they need to safely load, store and transport perforating guns. Bright natural lighting provides high visibility for increased safety and productivity.

This magazine is the first portable GLF designed specifically for the oil and gas industry. The ability to take a loading facility to virtually any site has tremendous time saving advantages. With a reduced Q.D. available and no need for environmental impact assessments, you can minimize many of the logistical challenges. The Gun Loading Facility meets and exceeds the highest standards for explosive storage and security used in North America. All of the materials needed to assemble a perforating gun can be secured in one location.

The Magazine doors located on either end of the building are designed to exceed current industry standards in both Canada and the U.S.A. Rear doors allow loaded guns to be moved directly out of the facility from its loading tables.

Pipe handling and storage racks are standard with all GLF's. The attached internal live rollers make it easy to transfer carriers ranging in size from 1-6 meters (3-20 feet) with minimal effort.

The front pipe handling doors are equipped with three levels of live rollers providing easy access for loading or unloading the perforation guns with minimal effort.

With the further expansion of residential and industrial areas on a global scale, encroachment in existing industrial areas is causing significant location issues to many industries. Not only is the safety of these locations in question, but also their security.

The blast resistant design of our magazines is what makes our product truly unique. The structural engineering and blast pressure relief systems have been designed to minimize the effects on the surrounding environment. Through testing, modeling and documentation, we have achieved a reduced Q.D.
